Mapped to a shared offline runtime family and usable with a recording or compatible ESP32 CSI stream.
Intended capability
Pilot this intended outcome through the shared Intrusion event family, then validate it against site-specific ground truth: Continuously fingerprints the static geometry of leased space and flags unauthorized alterations: new stud walls, removed partitions, concealed metal (safes, server racks, shielding) — even behind finished surfaces.
This describes the intended outcome. Readiness is shared-family mapped, evidence is class B, and a catalog mapping or recording is not proof of this outcome at a real site.

This exact kit is one of 191 first-class designs. It includes geometry, objects, nodes, wording, scenarios, installation, limitations, and catalog-bound readiness.

Bundled recording
A related Buildings scene
This is one recorded vertical scenario. It is not separate validation of every capability in the catalog.
01 The physics
Walls and metal objects define the static multipath skeleton: a new partition creates new reflection paths (new CIR taps at predictable delays), a removed one deletes taps, and metal is a near-perfect scatterer that dominates the sigma map in field reconstruction. These are step changes in geometry, orthogonal to human motion.
02 Shared processing path
CIR sparse recovery baseline of tap constellation -> RFF/NeRF eps_r/sigma map delta vs move-in scan -> MVE anomaly on the static-geometry manifold (motion-gated to quiet hours) -> CUSUM confirms persistence before alerting.
This is a capability design path. Components may be shared with other catalog entries; it is not presented as a unique algorithm.
03 Validation plan
ESP32-wall dataset for through-wall tap sensitivity; own-hardware: erect/remove a temporary stud+drywall partition and place a 1m metal cabinet in a test room, verify tap-level and NeRF-map detection and localization.
04 Commercial hypothesis
For the landlord / asset manager: 'Lease-compliance radar — know within a day when a tenant builds, demolishes, or hides something they didn't file a permit for.'
