Mapped to a shared offline runtime family and usable with a recording or compatible ESP32 CSI stream.
Intended capability
Pilot this intended outcome through the shared Presence family, then validate it against site-specific ground truth: For vacation homes and rentals sitting empty: burst pipes, roof leaks, and slow moisture ingress become visible as a growing 'wet region' in the RF material map — weeks before visible damage, with no water sensors under every sink.
This describes the intended outcome. Readiness is shared-family mapped, evidence is class B, and a catalog mapping or recording is not proof of this outcome at a real site.

A related Home scene
This is one recorded vertical scenario. It is not separate validation of every capability in the catalog.
01 The physics
Water has eps_r~80 vs ~2 for dry drywall/wood; even a few percent moisture gain in a wall cavity measurably increases dielectric constant and loss along paths traversing it — shortening apparent electrical delay, attenuating specific CIR taps, and shifting the reconstructed eps_r field in that voxel. The change is spatially localized and monotonic, unlike occupancy clutter.
02 Shared processing path
CIR per-path attenuation/delay (stage 1) -> RFF/NeRF eps_r map reconstruction (stage 5) -> voxel-level compartment Kalman with CUSUM drift detection over days-weeks (stage 6); 119-day drift control provides the stability floor that makes slow-drift detection credible.
This is a capability design path. Components may be shared with other catalog entries; it is not presented as a unique algorithm.
03 Validation plan
Own-hardware: controlled wetting of a drywall test wall (measured gravimetric moisture) over 21 days inside a mesh, correlate reconstructed eps_r drift with moisture content; compare against commercial moisture meter ground truth.
04 Commercial hypothesis
"Your empty ski house texts you about the leak in week one, not the $80k mold claim in month three." For second-home owners, rental managers, and home insurers.
